DPD Shoreditch opened its doors in converted railway arches in October 2018. The half-dozen,000ft2 depot makes last mile deliveries on its all-electric fleet into EC postcodes, assuasive DPD to access high levels of delivery density with short mileages.
In July 2020 DPD launched its first urban micro depot outside London in the heart of Kingston-upon-Hull. The next stage of the project is to install a farther 150 sensors in Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester by July.

We hope this will provide local authorities and academic institutions with data that will aid shape their decision making to provide the public cleaner air.
